Peer-Review Process

• Gyanvividha follows a double-blind peer-review process in which the identities of both authors and reviewers remain confidential throughout the review.
• Every submitted manuscript is initially examined by at least one editor to assess its relevance to the journal’s scope, originality, academic quality, compliance with submission guidelines and potential instances of plagiarism. The manuscript is also checked to confirm that it has been submitted exclusively to Gyanvividha and has not been published, accepted or submitted for publication elsewhere.
• Manuscripts that meet the journal’s editorial requirements and minimum quality standards are forwarded to two independent reviewers with relevant subject expertise. Before review, all author names, affiliations and identifying information are removed from the manuscript to preserve anonymity.
• Reviewers evaluate the manuscript’s originality, relevance, methodology, clarity, scholarly contribution and overall publication suitability. They submit their reports confidentially to the editorial team. Where appropriate, anonymised reviewer comments and recommendations are communicated to the authors for revision.

Based on the reviewers’ reports, the Editorial Board may decide to:

1. Accept the manuscript;
2. Accept it subject to minor revisions;
3. Request major revisions and further review; or
4. Decline the manuscript.

Note:

1. Authors are informed of the editorial decision together with relevant reviewer observations. Revised manuscripts are examined to ensure that the recommended improvements have been appropriately addressed.
2. Once a manuscript has successfully completed peer review and is considered suitable for publication, it undergoes a final editorial assessment,

proofreading and formatting review before being published. The final publication decision rests with the Editorial Board and is based on academic merit, reviewer recommendations and compliance with the journal’s policies.
